- Validation pass — key-field integrity, OPT page-count reconciliation, orphaned-file detection, email-header checks, and optional deep PDF page counts
- Image sampler — a Cochran sample at the confidence level you choose, so large volumes can be checked without opening every page
- Viewer — TIF, PDF, JPG, and PNG images, extracted text, native Excel and PowerPoint, and full metadata for any document
- Grid — sort, group, filter, inline edit, and bulk update across volumes of any size
- Repair and export — DAT export with configurable delimiter, qualifier, and newline handling, plus XREF import
